Body Flow Series #19: 1 minute Pole Flow
Oh my I am already in my 20th upload for my Body Flow series and I am very much excited for more videos. I feel motivate to train everyday - to look graceful, effortless and smooth because I look forward to sharing it to the community.
Today's video is from a combo of an instagram pole dancer named BouBoulette. I just added some moves to create a 1 minute flow. It is important to challenge myself once in a while in longer flows to train my endurance. I am working on increasing my dance routines so that A whole song routine can be practiced over and over again.
