Dashara is one of the major festival of India which is celebrated with full of joy and happiness this festival is also celebrated in some other places like Nepal Bhutan and Myanmar also . In India we celebrated and name it as Navratri aur Dussehra and mainly celebrated by the peoples who who believes in Hindu culture and who follows hindu religion

The ninth day is known as MahaNavami on this day The God Vishwakarma who is the god of creation is worshipped in a belief that he will protect us with all the misshappenings on this day we use to worship our vehicles and believes that it will protect us from accidents and any kind of miss happening for years

To please Goddess Durga in Navratri, people keep a fast for 9 days and install her idol in a pandal.They are then immersed on the day of Dussehra.His devotees immersed themselves with great pomp.

In this picture all of us are taking the idol of the mother to the river for immersion.

I also participate in the farewell of Maa Durga every year during Navratri

In our India, the effigy of Ravana is burnt on the day of Dussehra.
