I like the flavour of chillies, but not the heat and even if it's just the tiniest bit of heat for someone else, it usually blows my head off...unfortunately I have pretty much zero tolerance...
About 30yrs ago I shared a house with a couple of guys from India and we were always going to other homes to eat big curries and I would get there and beside my plate they would always have a box of tissues, a bottle of milk and a box of sultanas ready to go....🤣
they knew me so well...
