Fried Rice Kampoeng With Mushrooms Recipe

What is it the right time to make fried rice for brakfast? The history of the fried rice comes from the culture of the chinese people who do not like to waste food.
Although the fried rice came from China, the Indonesian people are familiar with the fried rice and has a lot of processed and various types of fried rice. Such as Fried Rice Kampoeng.

Today I follow the weekly plantbased challenged and it's such a coincidence I have some ingredients that can be used as food recipes that taste good and certainly made plantbased namely rice and mushrooms.
I have champion mushroom, the price is quite expensive, because these mushrooms could only be purchased in large supermarkets and not sold in the Traditional Market which is usually a cheaper price.
I have the rest of the rice, usually the rest of the rice the most delicious as fried rice. This time I want to mix rice with mushrooms, it's delicious!

Fried Rice Kampoeng With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of Rice
  • Champion
  • Leeks
  • Red pepper
  • Pasta dried chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 5 clovers shallots
  • Peas
  • 1 stp Soy sauce
  • Bay leaf
  • Orange leaves
  • Lemongrass
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook Fried rice kampoeng with mushrooms:

  • Usually I wear leftover rice that is already a stay in order to have the texture a bit hard, so that the fried rice grain
  • Chopped all ingredients such as garlic, onion, champion mushroom, leeks and red pepper.

  • Heat a little oil, I use vegetable oil to sauté the garlic first,

  • Then put the onion and red pepper. Stir until wilted.
  • Then add bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass. Stir well

  • Put the champion muchroom and leek, then enter the rice with a paste of dried chillies. Stir until all well blended.
