Welcome to the Creative Coin Newsletter, an occasional report of events, projects, and people in the Creative Coin community.
In this issue we focus on three creative communities that have become part of the Creative Coin multiverse: CELF Magazine, HispaPro, and LMAC.
CELF Magazine
Arts and culture community CELF Magazine has made a firm commitment to Creative Coin by requiring the use of #creativecoin for participation in its contests.
CELF implemented the new rule in its October FOTOCELF photography contest, and it will be a rule for CELF's new drawing contest, which is being developed.
Creative Coin (@creativecoin) and the Creative Coin Fund (@cccf) have together delegated 170,000 CCC to CELF to support curation of its artists. CELF announced the delegation and encouraged its artists to use #creativecoin in its most recent art bulletin, and Director @camiloferrua wrote, in a Discord conversation with this writer, that it "should be good to make like a weekly summary of the posts we voted with the #creativecoin tag."
CELF has also created a Creative Coin announcement channel in its Discord.
HispaPro
Curation project @hispapro has announced it will broadcast a weekly Creative Coin program in its Discord. The program will air live on Fridays at 8 p.m. UTC, beginning this Friday. It will also be available through vimm.tv.
Creative Coin Fund curator @elemarg25 will host the program, which will offer training in the use of Hive platform tools. She will also demonstrate how to use Hive communities, promote #creativecoin and the Creative Coin Discord, and stress the importance of creating original content.
Viewers will have the opportunity to share links to their recent content for evaluation and possible curation by @hispapro. The Creative Coin Fund is sponsoring the program through a delegation to @hispapro and 5,000 liquid CCC, to be awarded by @elemarg25 to the best #creativecoin content shared during the program.
LMAC
The Let's Make a Collage community has joined the Creative Coin family and is now promoting #creativecoin in its weekly collage making contests.
The promotion began with a special round of LMAC's weekly contest, which closed Monday. LMAC awarded a pool of 10,000 CCC to the first through fifth place finishers in the special round; the prize pool was provided by the Creative Coin Fund.
The Creative Coin Fund has also delegated 70,000 CCC to LMAC so that they can award their artists with a substantial CCC upvote.
In addition, Creative Coin has provided LMAC with a channel in their Discord for announcement posts, as well as a channel for LMAC community members to promote their posts.

Briefly Noted
La Abeja Obrera short story contest is open for submissions until October 24. A prize pool of 10,000 CCC will be awarded to the first through fifth place winners.
The Sound Music community will award 10,000 CCC in prizes in its next monthly contest. Entries must use #creativecoin to be eligible.
Two new curators have joined the Creative Coin Fund this month: @fermentedphil is curating #inktober posts and @qwerrie is curating on the weekends, with a focus on photography.
