I want to show a small reflection of the bread that I caught in Italy, in the suburbs of Rome, or rather in the city of Nemi.
This is a completely small town, which is administratively part of Rome.
But I just want to show the bread. When I ate such bread, it seemed to me that I did not eat bread tastier than this. It has been 3 years since my trip to Rome, but I remember the taste of this bread.
I usually eat rye bread, but I was just fascinated by this bread.

Это совершенно небольшой городок, входящий административно в состав Рима.
Но я хочу лишь показать хлеб. Когда я ел такой хлеб, то мне казалось, что я не ел хлеба вкуснее, чем этот. Прошло уже 3 года с момента моей поездки в Рим, но я помню вкус этого хлеба.
Обычно я ем ржаной хлеб, но этим хлебом я был просто очарован.
Многие люди в России говорят, что в других странах хлеб совершенно не вкусный, но эти люди просто никогда не выезжали за пределы России и говорят лишь то, что когда-то услышали по телевизору. А там еще до сих пор могут сказать, что в США с негров шкуры сдирают на плантациях.

And how many different meat delicacies there are in this shop. There are a lot of hams, pork, venison, veal sausages and much more.
In Russia, such a store would be closed on the first day. Rospotrebnadzor would say that there is complete unsanitary conditions, that meat products should not hang on the wall or under the ceiling and lie in open access on shelves.
Everything should be stored in freezers, have tags with the price and description of the product. And in this store, all this is simply missing. The owner of the store shows and tells everything himself, literally about every product. Of course, there are also cheeses here, but the main products are meat
Ну да, вы правы, в стекле больше отражаются колбасы, которые висят на задней стенке за хлебом. Но я думаю, что вкус хлеба от этого не станет хуже. А сколько много в этом магазинчике всяких мясных деликатесов. Очень много окороков, колбасы из свинины, оленины, телятины и еще много чего.
В России такой магазин закрыли бы в первый день. Роспотребнадзор сказал бы, что там полная антисанитария, что мясные продукты не должны висеть на стене или под потолком и лежать в открытом доступе на полках.
Всё должно храниться в морозильных камерах, иметь бирки с ценой и описанием продукта. А в этом магазине всё это просто отсутствует. Хозяин магазина всё сам показывает и рассказывает, буквально о каждом продукте. Конечно, здесь так же есть и сыры, но основная продукция - мясо.

И еще нужно помнить, что все эти продукты просто запрещены к продаже в России, поэтому вы никогда не увидите такой продукт на прилавках российских магазинов.
Например, слово "хамон' в РФ считается чуть ли не ругательством с 2014 году в сторону людей, которые знают его вкус и могут его похвалить. Это происходит из-за того, что основная масса россиян никогда такое не попробуют на вкус из-за дороговизны такого продукта. И всё это подается под соусом "патриотизм и любовь к Родине".
