RE: SMART CITY: CONVERT ABANDONED URBAN SPACE TO MULTI-FUNCTIONAL LINKAGE FROM MRT STATION TO RESIDENTIAL AND RECREATIONAL PARK

Hello Cherry. Abandoned architecture, especially public structures, would most probably regain new life. It simply depends on the government or the private institutions who are handling them. Singapore, being a super innovative city, undoubtedly never fails to find new solutions for old problems. And that MRT track is one perfect example of how far design creativity can reach.

As a Landscape Architect, what do you think is the most difficult area to renovate in that abandoned landmark?
