Hola comunidad, con mucho respeto, armonía, amor y paz paso por aquí para saludar y a la vez mostrar el bello y vanguardista Diseño y Arquitectura del Centro Comercial Millenium Mall, uno de los lugares mas visitados de la Zona Este de la Ciudad de Caracas, ubicado en la Avenida Rómulo Gallegos, Los Dos Caminos, Municipio Sucre, Estado Miranda, República Bolivariana de Venezuela

Hello community, with much respect, harmony, love and peace I pass by here to greet and at the same time show the beautiful and avant-garde Design and Architecture of the Millenium Mall Shopping Center, one of the most visited places in the East Zone of the City of Caracas , located on Avenida Rómulo Gallegos, Los Dos Caminos, Sucre Municipality, Miranda State, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

El pasado 19 de agosto de este año 2021, mi esposa y yo visitamos dos centros comerciales del Este de Caracas: Centro Comercial Boleita Center. Caracas y el que hoy traigo para ustedes, Centro Comercial Millenium Mall. Ambos están ubicados en el mismo Municipio, sin embargo están un poco separados el uno del otro.

On August 19, 2021, my wife and I visited two shopping centers in eastern Caracas: Centro Comercial Boleita Center. Caracas and the one that I bring for you today, Millenium Mall Shopping Center. Both are located in the same municipality, however they are a bit separated from each other.

La última vez que mi esposa y yo estuvimos en este Centro Comercial fue hace cuatro meses, exactamente el 27 de abril, ese día la pasamos muy bien y registramos nuestra salida como cualquier otra sin mayores detalles. Esta vez fue distinto, la visita la hicimos con otra mirada, conscientes de nuestro trabajo, así que observamos cada rincón de su interior, cada espacio, cada local comercial, las columnas, el techo, los pisos, todo lo que estuvo a nuestro alcance lo detallamos para poder presentarlo en esta extraordinaria comunidad. También consideramos muy importante observar el exterior, la fachada y todo su alrededor, como la enorme y hermosa plaza Miranda con sus fuentes y áreas verdes. Espero que nuestro trabajo les guste a todos.

The last time that my wife and I were in this Shopping Center was four months ago, exactly on April 27, that day we had a great time and we registered our departure like any other without further details. This time it was different, the visit was made with another look, aware of our work, so we observed every corner of its interior, each space, each commercial premises, the columns, the ceiling, the floors, everything that was within our reach. We detail it to be able to present it in this extraordinary community. We also consider it very important to observe the exterior, the facade and everything around it, such as the huge and beautiful Plaza Miranda with its fountains and green areas. I hope everyone likes our work.

Según lo que ya habíamos investigado de esta importante obra de ingeniería moderna a partir del año 2004 iniciaron los trabajos de construcción los cuales concluyeron cinco años después, en el 2009. Hay que hacer notar que es un Centro Comercial prácticamente subterráneo. Mi esposa y yo observamos cinco pisos por debajo del nivel de las avenidas que lo rodean los cuales se organizan a través de un espacio central, atravesado por puentes, rampas y escaleras mecánicas que conectan los niveles de su interior, también vimos un moderno ascensor de cabina transparente de cara a la feria de comida. Este conjunto que cuenta con 24.435 m2, 238 locales comerciales distribuidos en seis niveles, un centro de especialidades médicas, un centro gastronómico, 7 salas de cine, un estacionamiento de 1.400 puestos y acceso directo al Metro de Caracas, fue diseñado por los arquitectos Francisco Pimentel y Oscar Capiello. Con su construcción se recuperó la Plaza Miranda, de Los Dos Caminos y se otorgaron generosos espacios público a la ciudad.
Por cierto, pudimos ver en el edificio comunal gran cantidad de personas esperando para inyectarse ya que en este momento funciona como centro de vacunación contra el Covid 19.

According to what we had already investigated about this important work of modern engineering, starting in 2004, construction work began, which ended five years later, in 2009. It should be noted that it is a practically underground shopping center. My wife and I observed five floors below the level of the surrounding avenues which are organized through a central space, crossed by bridges, ramps and escalators that connect the levels of its interior, we also saw a modern elevator of transparent booth facing the food fair.
This complex that has 24,435 m2, 238 commercial premises distributed in six levels, a center for medical specialties, a gastronomic center, 7 cinemas, a parking lot with 1,400 seats and direct access to the Caracas Metro, was designed by the architects Francisco Pimentel and Oscar Capiello. With its construction, the Plaza Miranda, Los Dos Caminos, was recovered and generous public spaces were granted to the city.
By the way, we could see in the communal building a large number of people waiting to inject themselves since at this moment it works as a vaccination center against Covid 19.

Antes de ingresar al interior del Centro Comercial observamos cuatro entradas principales, dos de las cuales están ubicadas justo al frente de la Plaza Miranda, con vista Oeste, una lateral con vista Norte y otra vista a la zona Este, cada una de las entradas tiene personal de seguridad con medidores de temperatura corporal y gel antibacterial para cada persona que accede. Los baños del recinto funcionan y están muy limpios, al igual que todos los espacios debido a que existe un personal de mantenimiento bastante eficiente. Ahora les invito a que disfruten de las fotografías que mi esposa y yo logramos tomar con las cámaras fotográficas de nuestros viejos teléfonos. Esperamos sea de su agrado.

Before entering the interior of the Shopping Center we observe four main entrances, two of which are located just in front of the Plaza Miranda, with a west view, one side with a north view and another view to the east, each of the entrances has security personnel with body temperature gauges and antibacterial gel for each person who accesses. The bathrooms in the enclosure work and are very clean, as are all the spaces due to the fact that there is a fairly efficient maintenance staff. Now I invite you to enjoy the photographs that my wife and I managed to take with the cameras of our old telephones. We hope you enjoy it.
