Muy feliz de estar nuevamente compartiendo mi post en esta maravillosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: y lo puedo hacer gracias a la genial idea que tuvieron nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @discoveringarni @aplusd al crear este significativo espacio pensando en los amantes de la ¨arquitectura¨ y el ¨diseño¨. Nací y crecí en una ambiente relacionado a la arquitectura, mientras que otros niños jugaban con juguetes yo me divertía trepando paredes en alguna obra en construcción o de remodelación que tenían a cargo mis familiares. En el post anterior hable de la importancia del vínculo emocional entre la propiedad y el propietario; En esta oportunidad vamos a encontrar muchos pasajes emocionales relacionados a la vivencia a través del paso del tiempo y la historia. En otras oportunidades ya mencione lo mucho que me gusta esta comunidad y las personas que hay en ellas, de lo agradecido que estoy con todo el cariño y el apoyo que me brindan; Mis padres me han enseñado a ser agradecido y retribuir el apoyo brindado; Y deseo haciendo beneficiaria a la comunidad con el 15% de la recaudación de este post
La imagen de portada pertenece a la ¨catedral¨ de mi ciudad, es una de las primeras iglesias; La escogí por la exquisitez de su construcción, que a pesar de estar en pie hace muchos años se la ve muy bien; Una hermosa edificación hecha con manos de albañiles especializados españoles. Lo que me gusta son sus finas terminaciones; Me encantaría conocer aspectos técnicos de arquitectura para hablar con propiedad sobre la hermosa construcción de la cúpula; Me gusta el estilo que parece ser enlozado. No descartaría la intervención de manos ¨jesuitas¨ ellos tenían amplio conocimientos en este tipo de construcciones.

Very happy to be sharing my post again in this wonderful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: and I can do it thanks to the great idea that our friends @storiesoferne @discoveringarni @aplusd had when creating this significant space thinking of lovers of ¨architecture¨ and ¨design¨. I was born and raised in an environment related to architecture, while other children played with toys, I had fun climbing walls in a construction or remodeling work that my relatives were in charge of. In the previous post I talked about the importance of the emotional bond between the property and the owner; In this opportunity we are going to find many emotional passages related to the experience through the passage of time and history. On other occasions, I have already mentioned how much I like this community and the people in it, how grateful I am for all the love and support they give me; My parents have taught me to be grateful and to pay back for their support; And I wish to benefit the community with 15% of the proceeds from this post
The cover image belongs to the ¨cathedral¨ of my city, it is one of the first churches; I chose it for the exquisite construction, which despite being standing for many years it looks very good; A beautiful building made with the hands of specialized Spanish masons. What I like are its fine finishes; I would love to know technical aspects of architecture to speak properly about the beautiful construction of the dome; I like the style that seems to be waxy. I would not rule out the intervention of “Jesuit” hands, they had extensive knowledge in this type of construction.

This beautiful building could not be missing from this post; It has been standing for more than two hundred and thirteen years, built by the hands of Spanish immigrants; The last names of the owners are very well known in the city, for being grandparents of three people who fulfilled the role of first leaders of our province
En la actualidad esta propiedad es conocida como ¨Casa¨¨Molinas¨ en honor a sus propietarios; Al momento de la construcción fue una de las propiedades más modernistas, tenía apliques muy especiales como las de las rejas que fueron construido con un hierro especial; Por esa destacada virtud; Hoy figura como un patrimonio de este museo; Las delicadas terminaciones de época aún hoy se ver hermosas y muy llamativas, sin dudas, eran verdaderos artesanos de la construcción; Estas son las pequeñas cosas que engrandecen los edificios de épocas de mi ciudad

Esta edificación tiene un fuerte vínculo con el paso del tiempo y la historia, que se mantenga en pie, y haber conservado muchos aspectos históricos es la razón de su conservación; En otra construcción una reja pasaría desapercibida; Sin embrago, aquí es un centro de atención puesto en escena del museo por la historia del material y por la procedencia del hierro. This building has a strong link with the passage of time and history, that it remains standing, and having preserved many historical aspects is the reason for its conservation; In another construction a fence would go unnoticed; However, here is a center of attention put in scene of the museum by the history of the material and by the origin of the iron. El interior de la edificación deja ver el inconfundible estilo colonial, que acostumbraban hacer las manos constructoras españolas; Corredores y amplias galerías, grandes aberturas de vidrios repartidos con curvaturas y celosías, hermosos estilos de la época; La altitud de las construcciones eran obligadas por el clima de extremo ¨calor¨ que padece nuestra ciudad; Fueron muy ingeniosos al construir y utilizar materiales que tuvieron a su alcance para mantener más frescas los interiores y los corredores de la edificación; Como en esa época no existía el ¨machimbre¨, han utilizado palos de ¨tacuara¨ para impedir el paso del calor

The interior of the building reveals the unmistakable colonial style, which the Spanish construction hands used to make; Corridors and wide galleries, large glass openings distributed with curvatures and lattices, beautiful styles of the time; The altitude of the buildings was forced by the extreme “heat” climate that our city suffers from; They were very ingenious in constructing and using materials that were available to them to keep the interiors and corridors of the building cooler; As at that time there was no ¨machimbre¨, they have used ¨tacuara¨ sticks to prevent the passage of heat
Haber visitado este museo fue una experiencia única, conocimos muchos aspectos de la historia de la construcción de nuestra ciudad; Pudimos observar las paredes originales de la construcción, que deja ver el material utilizado al levantar las paredes. Sin dudas los hechos que hicieron que esta propiedad se mantenga en pie, es la fuerte conexión emocional con el paso del tiempo y la historia que tiene esta edificación.

Visiting this museum was a unique experience, we learned about many aspects of the history of the construction of our city; We were able to observe the original walls of the construction, which reveals the material used when raising the walls. Undoubtedly the facts that made this property stand is the strong emotional connection with the passage of time and the history that this building has.
En aquella época no se conocía los ¨ladrillos¨ como acostumbramos a ver, por lo menos no aquí en mi ciudad; La construcción se realizó con grandes piedras que se extrajo de nuestro propio rio ¨Paraná¨. Hemos visto muchas cosas hermosas en esta bella construcción y las Imágenes fue tomada con mi ¨NikonCoolpixB500¨
