1- Busca mano de obra calificada para el proyecto y su ejecución
No creas que porque alguien diga que trabaja construcción sea experto en la materia. A veces se pueden tomar malas decisiones por abaratar costos pero la realidad es que estos trabajos no pueden ser subestimados y necesitan calidad profesional.

Créanme que he visto obreros colocar más agua a la mezcla de concreto que será utilizado para vígas y columnas porque según ellos se encuentra “duro” y no entra entre las barras de acero. Cuando esto sucede se está aumentando la manejabilidad del concreto, eso es muy cierto pero se está disminuyendo su resistencia que a la posterior es la que otorgará capacidad portante a la estructura.

Comprar con calidad no debe ser visto como una alternativa sino la manera de invertir en tu proyecto. En la medida que compres de calidad cemento, madera, tuberias, entre otros, el resultado será mucho mejor y la obra será más duradera. Debes partir de una lista de materiales ya previamente autorizada por el personal calificado que realizó el proyecto y responder las siguientes preguntas ¿Cuáles? ¿Cuántos?.
