Hi Architecture + Design lovers, I am excited after a long search we found a 40' Standard Container that fit the planned budget, we already have our first Container for the construction of the GREEN HOME as you know this will be the pilot home of VIDA VERDE and we will grow little by little.
Before finding it I asked for several budgets, we went to see several containers in the port of La Guaira and just when we were going to make the decision of which one to buy, I remembered a conversation with an engineer friend who at some point told me he had some containers in his warehouse, I had already told him about the PROJECT GREEN LIFE, I called him and told him I was looking for containers for the construction of the first GREEN HOME and he had one available for sale. Undoubtedly when we move our energies towards a purpose, God speaks to us ways and this is an example of that, because in the middle of a casual conversation was what I needed, all just at the right time.
Although the price of this container was not the cheapest, when calculating the final costs including transportation gives the best final cost, the price of transportation drops almost 50%, since this container is in the same city of Caracas, while the others are located in the Ports of Vargas and Puerto Cabello. So we already have our first 30 mst2. in this 40' Standard Container, which is 12,19 mt. long, 2,43 mt. wide and 2,59 mt. high. One of the most interesting things about container architecture for me is the ease with which it can be built in stages adding more containers quickly and without great labor costs in construction and transportation of materials and boats.

We already have ready the excavation of the 8 bases for this first Container, we are advancing rapidly, from this week we will be recording several videos of each advance of the construction of the GREEN HOME so I will be sharing with you with every detail.
PROYECTO VERDE 🍃| Ya tenemos nuestro primer Container | HOGAR VERDE
Hi amantes de la Arquitectura + Diseño, estoy emocionada después de una larga búsqueda encontramos un Contenedor Standard de 40´que se ajustaba al presupuestos planificado.Ya tenemos nuestro primer Container para la construcción del HOGAR VERDE como saben este será el hogar piloto de VIDA VERDE e iremos creciendo poco a poco.
Antes de encontrarlo pedí varios presupuestos, fuimos a ver varios Contenedores en el puerto de la Guaira y justo cuando íbamos a tomar la decisión de cual comprar , recordé una conversando con un amigo ingeniero que en algún momento me dijo tenia unos containe de deposito, ya le había contado sobre el PROYECTO VIDA VERDE, lo llame le comente que estaba buscando contenedores para la construcción del primer HOGAR VERDE y el tenia uno disponible uno para la venta. Sin duda alguna cuando movemos nuestra energías hacia un propósito, Dios nos hable caminos y esto es un ejemplo de ello, pues en medio de una conversación casual estaba lo que necesitaba,todo justo a su tiempo.
Aunque el precio de este contener no era el más económico, al calcular los costos finales incluyendo el transporte da el mejor costo final, el precio del transporte baja casi a un 50%, ya que este container está en la misma ciudad de Caracas, mientras que los otros están ubicados en los Puertos de Vargas y Puerto Cabello. Así que ya tenemos nuestros primeros 30 mst2. en este Contenedor Standard de 40´, que son 12,19 mt. de largo, 2,43 mt. de Ancho y 2,59 mt. de Alto. Una de las cosas que mas interesantes de la arquitectura con contenedores para mi es la facilidad con lo que se puede ir construyendo por etapas sumando mas contenedores de forma rápida y sin grandes costos de mano de obra en construcción y transportes de materiales y botes.
Ya tenemos lista la excavación de las 8 bases para este primer Container, estamos avanzando rápidamente, desde esta semana estaremos grabando varios videos de cada avance de la construcción del HOGAR VERDE así que estaré compartiendo con ustedes con cada detalle.
