The structure of the building looks quite sound. Because the wellington city center is earthquake prone area so when we look at an apartment, we have to make sure it meet the seismic rating standard, which is above 34%. As this building rating is 80%, it is considered as good. The REA explained that the building's good rating is due to structural steel superstructure at Level 2 and reinforced concrete frame structure at Level 1 on the ground floor.

On the right-hand side lies ample space for parking cars, unlike on the left side. The main entrance protrudes out from the main building to separate the left-hand side from the right-hand side. The beauty of the structure lies in the roofing. In fact, if anyone says the museum owes 90% of its external beauty to its roofing, they will not be far from the truth. This is because it is difficult to notice anything else from the outside apart from the roof.

In Jambur there will be a traditional wedding party, therefore the main room has been decorated with a beautiful design for the event. at a traditional wedding ceremony, the jambur room will be designed with bright bright colors such as red and orange, but during a death custom event, the design of the jambur room will be dominated by dark colors such as brown and black.
