Precautions before practicing yoga

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:41mm:40ss !

The popularity of yoga is increasing day by day for a healthy and beautiful lifestyle. If you start the day by practicing yoga for half an hour every day, your day will be more beautiful. As the body will be clean, the mind will also be fresh. However, some precautions have to be taken before doing yoga. Otherwise there may be harm instead of benefit.

People of any age can practice yoga. However, yoga should be practiced according to several rules.
