I just finished a 9.72km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:8ss !
Back running for another week and as I have mentioned recently I have been really struggling with my first run of the week, so I thought I would just tone it down a little and not stress too much with both the distance and taking it onto the trails as well.
They have been predicting a lot of rain over the past few days and its actually held off and its been dry but a little windy. Was a good run.
