Another busy week so I couldn't really time my missions that well. I did get over the 100k minimum but I didn't have time to go check the market for any cheap uncollected cards. Anyways that starbits millionaire card is saving me in starbits earned since its a guaranteed 10k starbits a day.

It's a nice change but this week I have changed from a musician to an instrument for the giveaway. I would of liked to mix things up earlier but I didn't have as much luck getting duplicate instruments in the same 12 packs the last few weeks.
The giveaway item is R74 Blue and it is an instrument under the Singing music lessons. With 50 more luck, you have a chance of getting more drunk fans and it benefits you if you run piano lessons. Even if you don't run piano lessons, it can help you in the rankings or you can trade it away to someone who wants it for something you need.

Current Status
My Starbits balance is starting to increase quite a bit because this doesn't include my millionaire balance. At least with this, I definitely have enough to buy those petrol cans but I haven't really figured out if I want to buy some cards that I don't have yet.
I accidently opened a pack too early but the other 11 packs I got were opened after the new cards this month were released. From it I got a nice Jet Ski vehicle and it's different from the usual vehicles I get. Other than that, no epic cards from the normal 12 packs I buy each week.
On top of this, I ended up getting reaching the 5k mission milestone in Rising Star and I got an epic card. So I think this definitely makes up for the no epic during my normal pack. I will not be getting any more free packs but in total, I got one epic and one legendary card from the free packs.

Current Goals
I did hit one of my goals so the only one left is the top 50 in Rising Star rankings. The goal I reached was to make level 100 but I haven't decided a different level goal yet.
My ranking has recovered slightly as I made up for a few hundred minutes that I lost last week. It's not the best time played but at least I didn't lose a 300 minute mission at the end of the night. One of the things that boosted my rankings is probably all the new unique cards that were released. This ends up giving me an edge over the people who have not bought any new cards because they mentioned on the weekly radio evolved that they released the highest amount of new cards this month.

I think the tips are something every new player should know about. It will help people progress in the game and it hasn't really been shared since surya1adiga stopped his giveaways.
- Take music lessons when possible to raise skill and reduce ego.
- Having lesson specific instruments helps in receiving more skill from that lesson.
- Have pizza box to store any pizza received during mission to reuse later.
- Buy cold pizza slice if possible. This gives 1 refill every 24hours. Comes very handy when you are low on energy.
- If you have enough of cold pizza slice and pizza box, you will never run out of energy.
- If you have more fans than skill and you want reduce the ego , you can use a storage trailer to store unnecessary cards. Or you can list the card in market for an unreasonably high price.
- Ego received for a particular mission increases every time you play it. The ego is reset to base level the next day. So, try to play different missions to control the ego gained.
- Keep track of your achievements to unlock in game rewards
- Buy storage trailer (only if necessary) to keep the cards that might have a negative effect. Like a card with high fan count resulting in ego.
- When earning skill points through music lessons, you can earn more points per lesson if you hold more of specific instrument cards. There seems to be base skill which is rewarded irrespective of the card count and then the skill increases depending on the number of the lesson specific card one has.
- Try taking up many smaller missions to fill up pizza boxes and have extra energy to play more rewarding missions. But you need to have pizza boxes for this to work.
