I'm busy recording the winners of an on-line competition for Up we Go and having a fun time doing it. I spent two days in studio on Tuesday and Wednesday and now in Capetown to record some others.

On Wednesday night my Dad cooked for me. He made one of his speciality dishes - a teriyaki chicken.

Nothing better than spending a weeknight having dinner at my dad whilst in South Africa.
He cooked us his famous Chicken Terryaki and rice.
He told us awesome stories and read us some beautiful scriptures! Always love spending time with him whilst in SA.
The only thing missing was my beautiful mother who is soaking up the beautiful sun in the med!
Although I have a lot of editing to do, I'm looking forward to a rest this weekend.
If I manage to pull that off I will surely share with you. Hopefull something nice for the weekend community.
