Esta técnica me agrada porque es bastante más versátil que la acuarela, aunque la acuarela es genial, lo que más me gusta del acrílico es que puedo utilizar distintas capas de pintura sobre partes del dibujo que ya están coloreadas.
Creo que esa es una ventaja interesante ahora que estoy experimentando con el manejo de colores.
I like this technique because it is much more versatile than watercolor, although watercolor is great, what I like most about acrylic is I can use different layers of paint on parts of the drawing that are already colored.
I think that's an interesting advantage now that I'm experimenting with color management.
En la búsqueda de un estilo / In the quest for a style
Es muy importante una identidad artística, un estilo propio, algo que sea tu sello personal que te identifique ante el mundo. Yo sigo buscando eso.
An artistic identity, your own style, something that is your personal stamp that identifies you to the world is very important. I keep looking for that.
Practicar es importante, pero más importante es pintar con una idea en mente antes de empezar a llenar el papel de color.
