Our Vacation Isn't Over

After our trip to the white sand islands of Boracay, we headed to the hills of Tagaytay next. The family thinks we all deserve this break from over a year of lockdown and quarantine. It gave us a different perspective this time. We appreciate everything more and we want to be more focused with our family bonding and spending time with each other making good memories.

We chose Tagaytay because before the pandemic we went here to try the famous Starbucks which had a deck overlooking the seas and Taal volcano, we loved it. It was a cold time of the year unlike now that the heat is on. We never forgot that time when we as a family just enjoyed sipping our coffee and we had our hoodies on. I am pretty sure I posted it here, too.

Today, we discovered a restaurant up here which specializes in strawberry cheesecakes. This trip is going to be like the icing on the cake of our vacation. After this, we will be back to our usual grinding, working and staying at home. I am making these moments count. I am appreciating all the beauty of the outdoors and the company of my family now. Being with my family, traveling with them really makes everything feel the best. Just like this cheesecake right here above mount Taal. Ciao!
