¡Creando ando! les muestro mi genial obra de arte, es una ilustración de modas bidimensional inspirada en diseños que vi en la afamada Revista de Vogue de la edición del mes de enero del año 2013, me encantó ver los diversos modelos que había y realicé una combinación de varios para lograr este resultado genial.

Particularmente no tenía ni idea que era un arte bidimensional, hasta que en una ocasión,en la red social twitter un ilustrador formuló una pregunta ¿Eres artista o artesano? a su vez notificó que enviáramos la obra que mas nos gustara y bueno yo envié Esta maravilla que me encanta y la respuesta al recibirlo fue lo que mas me motivó.

Esa palabra me dejo pensando, me acordé de varios tips que me han dado otros ilustradores de moda y me dicen: no enfatices tanto con marcadores, porque le resta volumen al diseño, que se va a ver muy plano, agrega siempre otras formas… investigué entonces en Google y esto fue lo que conseguí:

El arte tridimensional es el que no es plano, sino que tiene volumen; a diferencia de un dibujo o una pintura que son artes bidimensionales. La escultura es una representación tridimensional real de un objeto que tiene alto, ancho y profundidad, puede recorrerse y verse desde diferentes ángulos.

Así que realicé varios bocetos, hice retratos, caricaturas pero ninguno me inspiraba para seguir realizando ese tipo de arte, por lo cual decidí dejar en paz lo que no llegaba y continuar con mis ilustraciones de siempre… Hasta este fin de semana que fué totalmente creativo y se fue dando de la mejor manera.

Quise crear algo chévere y recurrí a mis amigas las revistas, ¡tengo muchas! conseguí una de Vogue vieja vieja pero buena buena, en ésa época era cuando estaba súper fanática comprando a cada rato ¡jajajaj! conseguí un diseño que llamó mi atención y pensé: ¿Que pasaría si le cambio la textura y le pongo un estampado de otro diseño?, así fue como hice una combinación de estilos de diferentes páginas de la misma revista :

LLEGÓ LA HORA DE CREAR MI VERSIÓN VOGUE 2021 Y PARA ELLO NECESITO LO SIGUIENTE:

MATERIALES:

1. Papel (yo uso mayormente de reciclaje para practicar) si tienes tu block de dibujo mucho mejor.
2. Revistas de moda, también te puedes inspirar en catálogos de ropa.
3. Portaminas con mina 0.5 lo recomiendo, en mi caso usé lápiz.
4. Borra.
5. Rapidograf o marcador de punta muy fina. También se le conoce como Micropunto tengo entendido.
6. Colores: naranja, nude y marrón de la marca Paper Mate.
7. Marcador fino negro No. 34, marrón, No.29, naranja No.03 así como los colores azúl, morado y rosado todos de la marca Kores.
8. marcador permanente Sharpie negro, también Rojo y marrón de la marca POSCA.
9. ¡Motivación!

En el paso número 1 comienzo a ilustrar mi figurín siguiendo las líneas guías que me ofrece la modelo de la foto, lo hice calcando un poco porque estoy muy acostumbrada a dibujar el figurín básico o caminando pero éste en particular se me hizo un poco difícil, luego ya teniendo listo se hizo mas fácil y comencé a realizar el diseño del atuendo y la combinación de estampados color naranja para la blusa y morado para el pantalón, de flores amplias, todo a lápiz.

En los pasos 4,5,6 he borrado las lineas a lapiz para darle paso al rapidograft y luego al color, nótese como cobra vida, respetando el diseño original con las flores blancas, colocando los pliegues de la ropa necesarios, enfatizando el color morado con azúl en la parte del tobillo, todo el pantalón debía tener un color morado intenso y flores con bordes en azúl que he colocado con marcador.

Si observan el cuadro de inspiración de ideas podrán notar que la cartera tipo sobre es un morado intenso, yo lo cambié un poco con algo mas de azul y se me ocurren unas ideas geniales mientras le voy haciendo su textura, en el calzado me he divertido, ha sido como jugar un rompecabezas y no podía faltar el Tippex, desde que lo descubrí para dar brillos o acabados blancos pues ahora no quiero dejar de usarlo, lo pueden ver en el paso No.9

El rostro lo dejé de último y me arrepiento porque me emocioné con elaboración de diseño y no le di prioridad a sus rasgos faciales, aunque hay ilustradores que no se preocupan mucho ni siquiera por las proporciones de la silueta siempre y cuando se entienda lo que se quiere transmitir con el boceto del diseño de modas.

¡Llegó la parte mas esperada para mi!

Busqué mi cajita de tesoros guardados de bisutería y conseguí lo ideal para terminar con mi arte bidimensional y miren como quedó:

That word left me thinking, I remembered several tips that other fashion illustrators have given me and they tell me: don't emphasize so much with markers, because it takes away the volume of the design, it will look too flat, always add other shapes... Three-dimensional art is an art that is not flat but has volume; unlike a drawing or a painting which are two-dimensional arts. The sculpture is a real three-dimensional representation of an object that has height, width, and depth that can be traversed and viewed from different angles.

So I made several sketches, portraits, caricatures but none of them inspired me to continue making that kind of art, so I decided to leave alone what was not coming and continue with my usual illustrations... Until this weekend that was totally creative and it was going in the best way.

I wanted to create something cool and I turned to my friends the magazines, I have a lot of them! I got one of Vogue old but good old, at that time was when I was super fanatic buying all the time hahaha! I got a design that caught my attention and I thought: What would happen if I change the texture and put a print of another design? that's how I made a combination of styles from different pages of the same magazine:

IT IS TIME TO CREATE MY VOGUE 2021 VERSION AND FOR THAT I NEED THE FOLLOWING:

MATERIALS:

1. Paper (I use mostly recycled paper to practice) if you have your sketch pad much better.
2. Fashion magazines, you can also get inspiration from clothing catalogs.
3. Mechanical pencil with 0.5 lead I recommend it, in my case I used a pencil.
4. Eraser.
5. Rapidograph or very fine tip marker. It is also known as Micropoint I understand.
6. Colors: orange, nude and brown Paper Mate brand.
7. Fine black marker No. 34, brown, No.29, orange No.03 as well as the colors blue, purple, and pink all from Kores.
8. Sharpie permanent marker black, also red and brown POSCA brand.
9. Motivation!

In step number 1 I begin to illustrate my figurine following the guidelines offered by the model in the photo, I did it by tracing a little because I am very used to draw the basic figurine or walking but this one, in particular, was a little difficult, then having it ready it became easier and I began to make the design of the outfit and the combination of orange prints for the blouse and purple for the pants, of wide flowers, all in pencil.

In steps 4,5,6 I have erased the pencil lines to give way to the rapid graft and then to the color, note how it comes to life, respecting the original design with white flowers, placing the necessary folds of clothing, emphasizing the purple color with blue in the part of the ankle, all the pants should have an intense purple color and flowers with blue borders that I have placed with the marker.

If you look at the inspiration ideas box you will notice that the envelope wallet is a deep purple, I changed it a little with some bluer, and I can think of some great ideas while I am making its texture, in the shoes I have had fun, it has been like playing a puzzle and I could not miss the Tippex, since I discovered it to give shine or white finishes, now I do not want to stop using it, you can see it in step No.9.

I left the face last and I regret it because I got excited with design elaboration and did not give priority to its facial features, although there are illustrators who do not even care much about the proportions of the silhouette as long as you understand what you want to convey with the sketch of the fashion design.

The most awaited part for me has arrived!

I searched my little box of treasured costume jewelry stashes and found the perfect thing to finish my two-dimensional art and look how it turned out:
