Espero que se encuentren estupendo, quiero darte la bienvenida a un Nuevo post lleno de color, sabias que hoy 29 de septiembre se celebra el día del corazón una fecha concientizar y reflexionar, es por ello que he tomado de inspiración este día para realizar un hermosa pintura de un corazón
Desde el año 2000 se ha utilizado este día para concientizar sobre las numerosas enfermedades cardiovasculares que nadie presta con total atención e importancia y así ayudar a dar más información sobre la prevención, tratamiento y control de cada una de ellas, ya que los infartos del miocardio y los accidentes cerebro vasculares se cobran una gran cantidad de vidas en todo el mundo cada año. Vamos a tener una mejor calidad de vida para ayudar a nuestro corazón a trabajar con mejores energías y fuerzas, una dieta saludable libre de sal y grasa, incorporando un poco de ejercicio nuestro corazón nos lo agradecerá. I hope you are doing great, I want to welcome you to a new post full of color, did you know that today September 29th is celebrated the day of the heart a date to raise awareness and reflect, that is why I have taken inspiration from this day to make a beautiful painting of a heart.
Since the year 2000 this day has been used to raise awareness about the many cardiovascular diseases that no one pays full attention and importance and thus help to give more information about prevention, treatment and control of each of them, since myocardial infarctions and strokes claim a lot of lives around the world each year. Let's have a better quality of life to help our heart to work with better energy and strength, a healthy diet free of salt and fat, incorporating a little exercise our heart will thank us. Now let's start with this beautiful painting

White cardboard
Blue, red, white, yellow and black paint.

Pasó a paso
Primero utilice un lapicero para comenzar a dibujar fue un poco difícil porque no podía equivocarme porque no era un lápiz que se podía borrar, pero después de un rato lo logre jajaja, luego comencé a pintar cada parte del corazón utilizando azul y rojo para diferenciar las válvulas y el blanco con amarillo para la grasa que cubre el corazón
Step by step
First I used a pencil to start drawing it was a little difficult because I could not make a mistake because it was not a pencil that could be erased, but after a while I did it hahaha, then I started to paint each part of the heart using blue and red to differentiate the valves and white with yellow for the fat that covers the heart.
Seguidamente pinte el fondo de color negro y resalte todas las partes del dibujo con delineador negro, realizando algunos detalles en blanco y con el mismo negro fui dibujando mas venas y finalice con un poco de color azul y rojo en la parte de arriba y debajo de la cartulina dándole más color al fondo, un detalle que me encanto
Then I painted the background in black and highlighted all parts of the drawing with black eyeliner, making some details in white and with the same black I was drawing more veins and finished with a little blue and red on the top and below the cardboard giving more color to the background, a detail that I loved.
