Good night, people, the Senegalese swallow (Cecropis senegalensis) is a species of parasiform bird of the Hirundinidae family. They are medium-sized that feed on insects in flight from sub-Saharan Africa, this swallow is large that does not migrate although it moves following the rains. This bird inhabits open lands with trees and cultivation areas, this bird builds its nest with mud in uninhabited places or trees with holes, generally lays several eggs.
Something that I find very incredible about swallows is how they feed in the air as well as their silhouette flying since it looks like an airplane. I would like to thank you for your support and I hope to see you in the next post.
Buena noche, gente, la golondrina senegalesa (Cecropis senegalensis) es una especie de ave parasiforme de la familia Hirundinidae son de tamaño mediano que se alimenta de insectos en vuelo, de África subsahariana, esta golondrina es de gran tamaño que no migra aunque se desplaza siguiendo las lluvias. Esta ave habita tierras abiertas con árboles y zonas de cultivo, esta ave construye su nido con barro en lugares deshabitados o árboles con huecos, coloca generalmente varios huevos.
