Review of my weekend activities

Hello wonderful people hope your weekend was good and you had lots of rest. Well my was good, stressful but good and now I'll tell you all about it. In my opinion, the weekend starts from Saturday and ends on Sunday.

Well i had already planned what i was going to do for the Saturday before it even came, and I was all booked, by my uncle of course. He wanted me to do a little clean up and some painting of his house in the village. This was in preparation for the burial ceremony of a relative. The house was messy and old fashioned so there was a little renovation and lots of cleaning and painting too. We journeyed from Owerri, to Mbrieri, all in Imo state, Nigeria. On getting there, we did a quick survey of the surroundings and tried to evaluate the amount and type of work we were to do.

Soon we started. We cleaned the kitchen and the store first cos we had to keep the foodstuffs well and in a cool dry place, there was no other place other than the kitchen. Then we moved to the rooms. The house was a 5-bedroom flat. It had a living room and a dinning room and also 3 bathrooms and toilets. After we cleaned the rooms and the toilet we faced the living room and cleaned that as well. We had lunch in between the work session. It was a meal of White rice and beans with a piece of meat all topped by tomato stew. Soon we were done by evening and we headed back to the city.

In the city, i had the time to watch some football. I'm a football fan and a fan of Manchester united. I got the info that there was a big matchup in the English premier league, Liverpool came up against Chelsea, at Anfield, i couldn't miss the match for anything. It was an interesting match but ultimately ended in a 1 all draw with Chelsea being the unlucky team in my opinion, they had a red card, even when the call was right, it's was unfortunate. Kai Havertz scores a header from a corner kick and then Mohamed Salah restored parity from a spot kick. Then i slowly wound down for the day.

Well this day had Little activity. I didn't go to church today cos i was so tired and had to rest some more. Well i cooked when i woke up and the watched a movie, *Resort to Love*. It was a movie about a young man and a lady who were to be married but he ended up abandoning the marriage cos he thought he was not needed by his lover. He planned to marry another woman, and guess what...... his former lover was the artist to sing in the wedding, what a small world. There were lots of drama and the old affection they seemed to share pooped it's head but was put under control. He eventually married the new bride, happily.

After the movie, I watched another matchup. This time it was my team playing, Manchester united vs wolves at the molineux stadium. Man u won the match but narrowly did so. Wolves had the upper hand but their quality failed them in the end. Mason Greenwood scored the only goal of the game in the 80th minute.
