Before I get to the final results, a quick shout out to say that (in keeping with my plan to set different beneficiaries for 3 of my 4 monthly Power Up Day posts) I originally planned to have this post being the only one with the rewards set to myself. However last month it occurred to me that I should include someone else as well. So like I did in August, 20% of this payout will go to my numbers man extraordinaire, @abh12345!
And now to the business at hand - a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to this month's #HivePUD, either through powering up, posting, offering prizes, or spreading the word. Altogether we had:
- 125 posts on the 1st tagged with #HivePUD and/or #HPUD.
- 112 people who powered up and posted on the 1st using #HivePUD and/or #HPUD, with 62 of those qualifying for prizes.
- 17,242.079 Hive (worth approx $9,655.56 USD) powered up from Hive Power Up Day participants during the hours of the first via their local time.
- 72,622 Hive (worth approx $40,668.32 USD) powered up by 381 people during the 24 hour UTC time set to earn @hivebuzz badges (check out their Feedback from the September 1st Hive Power Up Day post for more info).
All in all, while the amount powered up was down this month from last month's amazing total, there were more people joining in, so I can definitely say it was another wicked awesomesauce Power Up Day, my Hive friends!
