The hive is a very wide one such that if you come in as a newbie you might likely take a year or two or even more to get familiar with all the nooks and cranny in here.

This system wasn't built in one day and the more you know, the more there is to know.
You may not have a physical guide except that sometimes you get lucky to have one onboard you and show you some little stuff.

There is a lot of research to be done and a lot more to learn on your own. You just have to read read and read.

Read post related to areas that interest you, Google out terms and meaning of stuff you don't understand, discord might be of help as well, where you can feel free to ask questions.

Aside staking hive on the block chain for curation purpose and others, you can also stake trade and earn rewards with these layer two tokens on the hive engine.

Most communities on hive now have tokens attached to their community where you can blog and earn their token or stake and trade with it.

The leofinance community was one that I found it a little easier to understand, checked up on the token in hive engine and realize that i can give up some hive for Leo with the current price, I could stake as much Leo with some little quantity of hive.
