Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”.

Change is a constant factor that is most certain in life if you choose to remain stagnant, unproductive while others are busy catching up with the latest developments in the world and you choose to remain ideal without having second thought about how you will be left behind, you would wake up one day and realize everyone has moved on while you're still trying to figure out how to start from the scratch.

Competition/fear of uncertainty is a driving factor that propels every business owner to develop strategic means of staying active for long in the market.
No one wants to be on the losing edge so to be able to stay at the top work needs to be put in place daily catching up with the latest ideas and technology means staying at the top as well.

Nokia is a well-respected mobile device company that has made it to the top in the past they did not do anything wrong in their business however, the world technologically moved fast and high esteem competitors made waves in mobile device development to pull Nokia from the top.

Today we see blockchain technology growing fast and making the centralized finance sectors a bit old-fashioned I guess it's our best chance we take advantage of this ample opportunity and learn and catch up with the latest trends in blockchain space.

Final thought

As long as your competitors do it right you might be left behind if you don't catch up fast and take advantage of the current trends.

Always have in mind changes are part of life to stay active in the competitive market we need to embrace changes that will boost our productivity.
