Leo is inovating but sometimes it is a problem beeing ahead and mov...

Being ahead of your time and innovate is cool but not always in your advantage.

I have personal experience in the matter

I lived across Europe from my 20s and saw a lot of cultures and countries that were years ahead of Greece in many things such as Education, Tech, and Entertainment who eventually became my field of expertise.

We are talking about 2000-2005 and Holland, Germany, France, all of them ahead to production values, artists, music, and many other elements of that business.

Back to Greece

When I came back to Greece I returned to my hometown Thessaloniki which is maybe one of the most cultural cities in the Country. Still, the experience of Europe was 5 years ahead. I started to work there , when an opportunity presented to go to Kalamata and start my own business in a promising partnership. Kalamata a city in the beautiful south was 5 years behind Thessaloniki in development.

Moving

So i go to Kalamata with knowledge 10 years ahead of the town.
Rapidly I start to work aggressively and doing very innovative things in my line of work.Its 2010 and i am doing photo-video shootings, partys in 5-star hotels, and a lot of Internet promotion when my competitors do not even have a Facebook page and they are stuck in 1998.

Problem

After 2 years I start to see the problems in this rapid movement

People not always understood what we are doing because it was faaaaar from what they were used to.
The competition was starting to have easy tutorials, the only thing they had to do was to go on our Facebook page and select what they wanna copy. In 5 years I had VERY strong competition because they copied and some of them became strong.
The BAR was high, when you go ALL in with power and resources people are use to it. For example, if you play 9 to 10 and you go to 8 it's a DOWNFALL but if you go from 5 to 6 you are moving UP!
HARVESTING YOUR WORK. When you move fast and try always to innovate many times you don't have the time to Harvest...Your mind is always occupied with some NEW and Exiting idea and you don't GET what you have to.
Your core has a bug or a minor problem witch you dont fix because you are occupied with another project.

I made ALL the mistakes above and in my second school in a different town I went slow, and slow giving and I made 3 times the money with 3 times less effort.

LEO is doing it?

I am not saying LEO is doing it 100%
And maybe different rules apply in this model of business.
But I think some same principles apply here to!
I mean

I see competitive Tribes
I see the BAR too high in Leofinance
I see projects coming all the time
And Very important for me in person. Bugs stay.
I create Graphics for most of my posts so when I upload them and I get the Error 413 my experience is taking dmg. And each time more and more. Doing other projects is fine but don't leave your flagship with small bugs. Because your competition's flagship who has 1 project is sometimes shinier.

I don't wanna play the smart guy here, I am just sharing some concerns coming from personal experience! I did those mistakes and i paid for them.
