Thanks, i don't think arresting someone is right but that's probably a scenario that arised because of corrupt officials as opposed to a being a legal repercussion. It's not easy for regulators also. It's not a simple thing to understand. Even majority of those who buy are speculating rather than taking a view on the potential of a new technology.
