23andMe

Hi Friends,

You may have already seen the news but the company, 23andMe, went public via an SPAC merger. Shares started trading today on the NASDAQ exchange, and finished up 21% for the first day.

A good first day. Its been interesting to see this company develop, and to me, voluntary genetic testing that is slightly outside of the normal health care provider recommendations is fairly unique and a trailblazer. As technology gets better, DNA analysis will likely be a big thing in the future, I haven't done a deep dive on their numbers or future outlook, but plan to do so soon.
