Esta película fue estrenada en el año de 1992, contando con las actuaciones de Kevin Costner y Whitney Houston en los papeles estelares, en donde el suspenso, la intriga y la acción en conjunto con una historia de amor, dan vida a esta cinta que fue un éxito en su época y que particularmente yo la vuelvo a ver cada vez que la transmiten por televisión.
Frank Farmer es un guardaespaldas retirado del servicio secreto de los Estados Unidos, el cual es contratado por el padre de una famosa cantante y actriz llamada Rachel Marron, papel interpretado por Whitney Houston, quién está siendo amenazada de forma anónima y su progenitor teme por su vida.
