Hello friends of the cinephile community par excellence of @Hive, last night I had the opportunity to re-watch one of those movies that intermingle some drama and romanticism, but in the style of the 90's, which for my taste, makes it even better. I don't know if it has ever happened to you, but every time I watch a film again, I get or notice some details that I hadn't noticed before.
This is the film Frankie and Johnny, by the famous American director Garry Marshall, a notable precursor of films with a strong romantic tendency. For this work, the cast was also deluxe (just like Marshall's other works), with a standout performance by leading actor Al Pacino, with his particular ability to take ownership of each character, making a script shine that in other hands, I think, would be a difficult task. And with the company of the beautiful and talented Michelle Pfieffer. An actress that has made me dream hahaha.

Hola amigos de la comunidad cinéfila por excelencia de @Hive, anoche tuve la oportunidad de volver a ver una de esas películas que entremezclan algo de drama y romanticismo, pero al estilo de los 90, lo que para mi gusto, la hace aún mejor. No sé si les ha pasado, que cada vez que vuelvo a ver un filme, le consigo o noto algunos detalles, que antes no había notado.
Se trata de la cinta Frankie y Johnny, del afamado director estadounidense Garry Marshall, un notable precursor de los filmes de gran tendencia romántica. Para esta obra el elenco también fue de lujo (tal cual los otros trabajos de Marshall), sobresale la presentación del primer actor Al Pacino, con su particular habilidad para adueñarse de cada personaje, haciendo brillar un guion que en otras manos, pienso que sería una difícil tarea. Y con la compañía de la hermosa y talentosa Michelle Pfieffer. Una actriz que me ha hecho soñar jajaja.

Con tales ingredientes, faltó solamente adicionar un elenco de apoyo, liderados con la experiencia de Héctor Elizondo, Kate Nelligan y Nathan Lane, para convertir un muy buen libreto en semejante clásico del cine. En el aspecto personal, luego de vivir las experiencias en las aulas de la universidad de la vida, el transcurrir de los hechos de la cinta, me parece algo muy cotidiano, sencillo y acertado; un inicio donde el director me pone al día con la realidad de cada personaje y esas situaciones que alimentan lo que va sucediendo; pero de una manera tan realista, tan natural. No hay millonarios que se hacen pasar por gente humilde (no es que no lo puedan ser), pero mi percepción es de que, la trama nos muestra lo que sucede en aquel restaurant, con la tranquilidad de que no se está persuadiendo al espectador, sino que es uno, quien dice de manera espontánea “me pasó algo parecido” o “a un amigo le pasó igual”.

Considero que, cuando nos encontramos con una historia de este tipo, sentimos en realidad la magia del cine. Ver en tales situaciones de vida, a personajes que están en su etapa de madurez, pero sentir que a veces la vida no tiene tanto sentido como se cree, pero que en cualquier momento, el amor puede volver a llamar a tu puerta y es maravilloso; Frankie la chica hermosa pero solitaria, tiene una especie de cerrojo en el corazón para no dejar entrar a nadie que pueda hacerle daño, pero que a su vez comienza a sentir miedo a la soledad, aunque vive con unos “particulares amigos” que la adoran y no paran de aconsejarla jajaja. Michelle's natural beauty is stunning, wearing the waitress uniform, with her messy hair and unkempt look. She is one of my favorite actresses and platonic love from adolescence hahaha. This classic movie, is one of my favorites in its genre; it's one of those that at the end, it gets a sigh out of you.

Es impresionante la belleza natural de Michelle, utilizando el uniforme de mesera, con su cabello desordenado y su look descuidado. Es una de mis actrices favoritas y amor platónico de la adolescencia jajaja. Esta película clásica, es de mis preferidas en su género; es de esas que al final, te sacan un suspiro.
