Hello guys and girls from Hive. I come to bring you my opinion this time about a Spanish romantic comedy that has captivated me.
With the title, many may think that it is the usual romantic movie but believe me that it is not. Crazy About Her is a very original comedy that blends romance, drama and comedy to perfection.
The film is about a boy named Adri, (played by Alvaro Cervantes) and a girl named Carla (played by Susana Abaitua) who happen to run into each other at a nightclub. This girl invites Adri for some drinks and soon a passion is unleashed that she had thought would last only one day because according to her after people get to know each other better, that special night is ruined.
Hola chicos y chicas de Hive. Vengo a traerles mi opinión esta vez sobre una comedia romántica española que me ha cautivado.
Con el título muchos podrán pensar que es la usual película romántica pero créanme que no es así. Loco por ella es una comedia muy original que mezcla romance, drama y comedia a la perfección.
La película va de un chico llamado Adri, (interpretado por Alvaro Cervantes) y una chica llamada Carla (interpretada por Susana Abaitua) que se topan casualmente en una discoteca. Esta chica le invita unos tragos a Adri y pronto se desata una pasión que ella tenía pensado que duraría solo un día porque según ella después de que las personas se conocen mejor, se arruina esa noche tan especial.
Carla's character is crazy, she is an euphoric girl, who does what she wants, achieving an instant charisma in me when I saw her aptitude, but Adri falls in love with her and starts looking for her. He realizes that she is committed to an asylum and the story gets more interesting after that.
Adri looks for how to get into that madhouse by getting some false papers thanks to a corrupt doctor. When Adri manages to enter, he discovers how little interest Carla has in him and his disappointment is great but he continues trying to understand her.
Carla suffers from bipolar disorder, which is why she does not want to be with someone in a serious way because she thinks it is impossible because she cannot handle her emotions. We are talking about one of the most serious psychiatric diseases that exist and that has no cure, it can only be controlled.
El personaje de Carla es una locura, es una chica eufórica, que hace lo que quiere logrando un carisma instantáneo en mí cuando vi su aptitud, pero Adri queda enamorado de ella y empieza a buscarla. Él se da cuenta de que ella está internada en un manicomio y la historia se pone más interesante después de eso.
Adri busca como internarse en ese manicomio consiguiendo unos papeles falsos gracias a un doctor corrupto. Cuando Adri logra internarse descubre el poco interés que Carla tiene en él y la decepción de este es muy grande pero el continua intentando entenderla.
Carla sufre de trastorno bipolar, por eso es que no desea estar con alguien de manera seria porque piensa que es imposible debido a que ella no puede manejar sus emociones. Estamos hablando de una de las enfermedades psiquiátricas más graves que existen y que no tiene cura, solo se puede controlar.
I have had the opportunity to meet people who suffer from this disorder and when they are euphoric no one can stop them, they believe they have the whole world under their control in that state, but when they are in a depressive phase sadness accompanies them for a long time to the point of want to die.
Carla is precisely like that, a tremendously crazy girl, unique and special but with those mood swings that don't let her live a normal life, something that Adri doesn't care about and she just wants to be with her at all costs.
It is beautiful when someone can know your darker side and still want to be with you, that is true love. Usually we are with people only because they treat us well and we feel comfortable with them, but when we discover other facets of them, all that changes and our love ends, or perhaps it is an illusion of love.
He tenido la oportunidad de conocer gente que sufre este trastorno y cuando están eufóricos nadie los puede parar, ellos creen tener al mundo entero bajo su control en ese estado, pero cuando están en una fase depresiva la tristeza los acompaña por mucho tiempo al punto de querer morir.
Carla es precisamente así, una chica tremendamente alocada, única y especial pero con esos cambios de humor que no la dejan vivir una vida normal, cosa que a Adri no le importa y solo desea estar con ella cueste lo que cueste.
Es hermoso cuando alguien puede conocer tu lado más oscuro y aun así querer estar contigo, eso sí es auténtico amor. Por lo general estamos con las personas solo porque nos tratan bien y nos sentimos a gusto con ellos pero al descubrir otras facetas de ellos todo eso cambia y nuestro amor se acaba, o quizás sea una ilusión de amor.
In this film you can see the world of mental illness in a subtle way, with a comic touch that makes us relax and see it from another perspective. Some characters have Tourette Syndrome, schizophrenia, paranoia and other illnesses, but in the film they know how to make these characters convey invaluable charisma to us.
All people deserve love and the fact that someone has a mental illness should not be an exception to that. It is difficult to establish a relationship with someone who has a mental disorder but we know how to understand all that problem I think it is possible.
There are many tremendously moving scenes in this movie that brought more than a tear to me, especially about the supporting characters who are so well done and give this comedy even more impetus.
En esta película se puede ver de una manera sutil el mundo de las enfermedades mentales, con un toque cómico que hace que nos podamos relajar y verlo desde otra perspectiva. Algunos personajes tienen Síndrome de Tourette, esquizofrenia, paranoia y otras enfermedades pero en la película saben cómo hacer que estos personajes nos transmitan un carisma invaluable.
Todas las personas merecemos amor y el hecho de que alguien tenga una enfermedad mental no debería ser una excepción a eso. Es difícil establecer una relación con alguien que tenga algún desorden mental pero se sabemos entender todo ese problema creo que es posible.
Hay muchas escenas en esta película tremendamente conmovedoras que me hicieron sacar más de una lágrima, en especial acerca de los personajes secundarios que están muy bien hechos y le dan un impulso aun mayor a esta comedia.
The film flows easily without the need to force a smile on us, each scene has its moment and that is one of the things that I liked the most, despite being a comedy, it knows how to handle different emotions and at a precise moment.
The truth is that I highly recommend this film for any type of spectator, it is quite complete, it will make us laugh and cry and it will leave us learning. Probably this type of love stories do not exist in reality or at least they are not very common, but if love is true it is capable of everything and knocking down anything that obstructs its path.

La película fluye con facilidad sin necesidad de forzar una sonrisa en nosotros, cada escena tiene su momento y eso es una de las cosas que más me gusto, a pesar de ser una comedia sabe manejar las distintas emociones y en un momento preciso.
La verdad es que recomiendo mucho esta película para cualquier tipo de espectador, es bastante completa, nos hará reír y llorar y nos dejara un aprendizaje. Probablemente este tipo de historias de amor no existan en la realidad o por lo menos no son muy usuales pero el amor si es verdadero es capaz de todo y derribar cualquier cosa que obstaculice su paso.
