In mid-May, namely on May 14 (my birthday), while my parents and my wife were preparing barbecue, I decided to go for a run through the forest and check for the presence of spring mushrooms, since it rained for almost a week and I was sure that I would definitely find some kind of fungus)
I was not mistaken, and only when I entered the forest, I immediately came across a cluster of Entaloma Clypeatum...
Almost all specimens were very young and juicy!
I bent down and began to pick these wonderful and delicious mushrooms)
I straightened my back, only after 200 meters, having collected about 15 kilograms !!!
And all because the whole soil was covered with these beautiful mushrooms ...
The long, fleshy legs turned out to be very delicate, so there was absolutely no waste ...
And since the rains have just passed and the mushrooms have just climbed to the surface, there were no worms in them either!
It was the best gift for me, on my birthday!
I made soup, julienne from these mushrooms and dried half a bottle for the winter!
Later, I harvested these mushrooms more than once, until mid-June, and in the next posts I will show their other amazing shapes and ages!)
And in general, throughout May and June, I was busy collecting various mushrooms, preparing them for the winter, so I can delight you for a long time, both with photographs and amazing stories about their collection, recipes and harvesting!
Well, that's all for today! Thanks for being with me! I really ask for your support, I have not posted anything for a long time, and I hope that you have not forgotten me)
Take care of yourself and your loved ones and see you soon!
