The moist, woody soils that smell warm, these are the things I love in post-rain conditions.

How about mushrooms? It's a more fun bonus after the rain. And yes, edible mushrooms are like little gifts to give happiness in my kitchen.

Every day of the week is a rainy day and with some warm sunlight. So mushrooms grow easily.

Look at the “Schizophyllum Commune”. So beautiful, but also has good taste. They are in groups and are small. But it will be slightly enlarged if it has been soaked in water a few hours before cooking.

The "Schizophyllum Commune" is easy to find on recently felled timber.

Incidentally, a few months ago in my home area, there was a feeling of trees to prevent it from falling over the house.

So from the wood, I can get more "Schizophyllum Commune" mushrooms.

Some grow on large woodlands, and some grow on small branches.

What I have in hand are the “Schizophyllum Commune” mushrooms that grow on small branches. Oh how cute!

I harvest them for me to make soup or curry later. I hope I can get lots of mushrooms this time.

Getting a plate full of "Schizophyllum Commune" mushrooms is enough and will be mixed with the ingredients again.

Have you ever eaten "Schizophyllum Commune" type mushrooms?
