Hoy quiero hablarles de una de las etapas más hermosas e importante que vivido y lo mucho que me la disfruto, el poder alimentar a mi hija hoy después de 9 años estoy reviviendo este hermoso vínculo que sentimos con nuestros hijos al momento de amantarlos además de lo saludable que es para ellos y todo los nutrientes que aporta la lactancia materna durante su crecimiento.
Today I want to talk to you about one of the most beautiful and important stages that I have lived and how much I enjoy it, being able to feed my daughter today after 9 years I am reliving this beautiful bond that we feel with our children when we breastfeed them in addition to what healthy it is for them and all the nutrients that breastfeeding provides during their growth.
Recuerdo como si fuese ayer, el miedo que sentía cuando me toco por primera vez esta experiencia, tanto por los dolores que al inicio me decían que daba al amamantar por primera vez, cuando el bebe rompen el peson y todos los procesos que se pasa cuando damos lactancia por primera vez, sobretodo el enfrentar lo desconocido.
I remember as if it were yesterday, the fear I felt when I first touched this experience, both because of the pain that at the beginning they told me what it was when I breastfed for the first time, when the baby breaks the breast and all the processes that occur when we breastfeed for the first time, especially facing the unknown.
Pero siempre busque educuarme sobre todos los temas desconocidos para una mamá primeriza, y cuando entendí que desde el primer inicio la lactancia, los imuniza, los mantiene saludables, es la mejor alimentación para ellos, mejor crecimiento y desarrollo, no dude en que sería la manera de alimentar a mis hijas.
But I always seek to educate myself on all the unknown topics for a new mother, and when I understood that from the first start breastfeeding, immunizes them, keeps them healthy, it is the best diet for them, better growth and development, I do not doubt that it would be the way to feed my daughters.
Aparte de todos los beneficios, el vínculo mágico que se crea madre e hija (o) durante la lactancia es indescriptible lo que se siente, el poder verle su carita mientras parte de ti lo alimentan, esa conexión es maravillosa e inigualable.
Invito a todas las mamis que puedan tener la dicha de alimentar a sus bebés con la lactancia materna a que no duden es hacerlo, aparte de aportarles nutrientes y muchos beneficios en cuanto al desarrollo de sus hijos, la sensación y el vínculo sin duda alguna es mágico.
