Hello friends,
Last week I had my nephew visiting us. So I decided to make something to have tea with.
I bought this brownie-mix. It also says you can make it like a cake if change the recipe a bit. That’s what I did. I used 2 eggs instead of 1.
I beat 2 eggs.
Then added oil and milk.
Next I added flour mixture.
Made sure it mixed well. I don’t have a mixer, so I was using a whisk.
Ready to go to my oven.
