Тому завжди пам'ятайте, що Єгипет － це країна-ринок, де потрібно постійно торгуватися, це більш правило ніж виняток, соромитися цього не потрібно, для єгиптян це частина продажу і певна грошова гра.

Водночас, у Єгипті жінкам не потрібно боятися ходити ща межами готелю без супроводу чоловіків. У цій країні максимум шкоди можуть завдати лише компліментами! Єгипет країна жорстких правил та законів, туристична поліція постійно патрулює на вулицях, кожна скарга туриста розцінюється на його користь, тому місцеве населення дотримує дистанцію та має обмеження у своїх діях, слова не відносяться до заборонених дій. Крім того, слід знати, що будь-які дотики до руки, спини та інших частин тіла розцінюється як намір на особисті відносини. Тому багато звичних нам жестів можуть виявитися непристойними. Невід'ємна частина єгипетської культури — залишення чайових (бакшиш) за дрібні послуги як правило складають 10-20 фунтів або 1 доллар. Релігійні свята також грають величезну роль в житті єгиптян і святкуються практично всім населенням країни. Одним із основних є Рамадан (це Пасха), місяць посту і молитов.
