Hi my dear friends,
Tam Chuc Pagoda is the largest temple complex in the world With an area of more than 500 hectares. It combines the magnificence of nature - rivers and mountains with majestic temples. Tam Chuc Pagoda is worthy of attracting millions of tourists every year
Where is Tam Chuc?
Tam Chuc is located in Kim Bang commune, Ha Nam province, 70km from Hanoi. To get here, you can go by motorbike or car. The best time to travel is from January to March or August to October
When I arrived at the entrance, I bought a ticket to go on a boat for 200,000 VND. The boat ride from the gate to the temple is about 20 minutes. At this time, you will admire the majestic mountains in the middle of the river. The turquoise river water and rocky mountains create an extremely romantic and attractive natural picture
The large Tam Chuc pagoda complex overlooks 6 mountains and rivers. The pagoda consists of small to large halls, large Buddha statues and especially 32 sutra columns with each column weighing more than 200 tons.
The nature here is so wonderful that Tam Chuc is known as "Vietnam's terrestrial Ha Long Bay". I will never forget the wonderful memories with my mother while exploring this place.
My mother and I also went down to the basement of the temple to visit the largest Buddhist museum in Vietnam. The museum is a place to mark the history of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam and the birth of Buddha statues
At noon, my mother and I had a vegetarian buffet on a cruise overlooking the river. The food was cooked very well, vegetarian but not boring. Visitors to Tam Chuc were very crowded because it is the first time of the year when festivals in Vietnam are held. We all prayed for a happy and peaceful new year
Thank you so much for reading my post. Wish you a nice Sunday with lots of fun and joy😊
