This pandemic is really draining and a lot of unfortunate things keep on coming every now and then. Every single day we wake up and we feel like we're not who we used to be. It restrained us, made us feel drained every day, and worst is we get so anxious 'cause anytime we might get infected with the virus. But one of the good things that this pandemic did is make us closer to our family and value life and the people around us more than ever.
It made us crave a lot of things. Foods, outdoor activities, travel, bonding, and a lot to mention. After working for over a year amidst a pandemic, we're very tired but are still thankful that we still have food to eat, are still healthy and safe.
A lot of things to be thankful for. That is why in our team, we decided to go out, and enjoy the things we used to enjoy before again, while still following health protocols. We went to Anjo World last June and it was really fun there.

The team decided to buy the Super Tres ticket which costs 250 pesos only. With that price, we can now enjoy 3 rides of our choice.
RIDES
Here are some rides at Anjo World Theme Park:
We all decided to choose an attraction where all of us can ride together, preferably one that many of us still haven’t tried yet and something that will challenge our fear of heights. That’s why we’ve come to the conclusion that “Vikings” must be that one. Our screams were very loud that even the controller of the ride got affected and laughed also while looking at our thrilled faces.
This pic shows Teresa, Jaya, and Sir Bert (our Supervisor Trainee) enjoying their second ride. Even before going to the park, they already decided that they will try this because it is one of the few that they can handle, aside from the fact that they also missed the World of Fun (WOF) experience.
Contrary to the other group, these people are the brave ones. Jessa and her boyfriend, including Miss Pat, decided to go with the “Boomerang”. But sad to say, it was under maintenance at that time. It’s disheartening that they can’t experience one of the best ride in Anjo. To change the mood, the park staff recommended right away to them another ride that can excite and lift their spirits up again, same as Vikings. It is a ride called “Tower Drop”, and as the name suggests, it is a pole (like a tower). They will slowly lift you up in the air and will suddenly drop you so fast that it will leave you wanting to ride it again the second time.
After being exhausted from all of those extreme rides, Jessa and her boyfriend wanted to do things that they will share together, just the two of them alone; And it is in no doubt that the best in the park for that is the Ferris Wheel, also known there as "Anjo Eye". Up in there, the two of them enjoyed each other’s company while appreciating the nice view overseeing the whole Minglanilla. Such a sweet moment indeed!
Meanwhile, in another dimension, some of them went around the park and took plenty of pics of the other attractions the park has to offer.

Anjo World is so lovely that even the entrance, is already so fascinating and pleasing to the eye and we won’t allow to miss the chance to take a pic with it.

This is what will happen when every single one of you is having fun at that moment. We went to the park’s places with nice backgrounds and lighting to have our solo pictures get taken. A good opportunity for us to have something to replace our old profile pictures hahaha.
DINNER TIME
But wait, there’s more. After enjoying those fast rides, it made us all tired. The best way to cure that dreary feeling - with food of course: our all-time favorite bonding hahaha. We went to a samgyupsal restaurant named MIGAG KOREAN BARBECUE HOUSE . The food in there is so good, or was it just because we’re all hungry? Hahahaha. But anyway, we were all full and thankful for the delicious meal.

The time has finally come and it’s time to say goodbye. We had fun amidst this pandemic and we’ll surely treasure this moment for this is one of those times where we felt like we’ve escaped the real world for a while. It is not a sad goodbye since we’re officemates and we’ll still see each other the next day hahaha.
Looking forward to more adventures and outings with these people. The look on our faces tells everything already. We went out with only a few money in our pockets and still decided to make the most out of the little amount that we have. Our pockets might be empty, but these memories make us full.
