El pueblo de la Península de San Carlos o mejor conocido como la Isla de San Carlos, es un lugar bastante hermoso de estilo colonial, tiene hermosas casas de la Venezuela de Antaño puertas en madera y ventanales de este mismo material, así como también pintadas a través de colores algunos pasteles, otros más marcados y pintorescos, en esta localidad solo viven aproximadamente 3000 personas puesto que la Isla de San Carlos no es tan amplia como la Isla de Toas.
The town of San Carlos Peninsula or better known as San Carlos Island, is a beautiful place of colonial style, has beautiful houses of the Venezuela of yesteryear, wooden doors and windows of the same material, as well as painted through colors some pastels, others more marked and picturesque, in this town only live approximately 3000 people since San Carlos Island is not as wide as the Island of Toas.
Este pueblo posee su pequeña iglesia, donde todas las personas pueden ir a reencontrarse con Dios, así como también justamente en frente de la iglesia una pequeña Plaza Bolívar, que permite rendir tributo a libertador cabe destacar, que las casitas donde residen las personas en dicha entidad, conserva un estilo antiguo colonial así como también de onda playera, puesto que se encuentran rodeadas de pura agua del mar Caribe y del Lago de Maracaibo.
This town has a small church, where everyone can go to meet God, as well as just in front of the church a small Plaza Bolivar, which allows to pay tribute to the liberator. It is noteworthy that the houses where people live in this entity, retains an old colonial style as well as beach wave, since they are surrounded by pure water of the Caribbean Sea and Lake Maracaibo.
Su iglesia es bastante pequeña se asemeja a una capilla, está pintada de hermosos colores pasteles, así como también en su parte superiores justamente en las bases posee dos cruces, una en el centro y otra en una esquina, cabe resaltar que particularmente me gustó el estilo sencillo a la vez la onda playera que posee la iglesia de San Carlos, en el pequeño trayecto que tuve en el pueblo pude evidenciar múltiples palmeras de coco así como también algunas plantas de uvas playeras.
Its church is quite small and resembles a chapel, it is painted in beautiful pastel colors, as well as in its upper part just at the bases it has two crosses, one in the center and one in a corner, it is worth noting that I particularly liked the simple style while the beach vibe that has the church of San Carlos, in the small journey I had in the village I could see multiple coconut palms as well as some beach grape plants.
Cabe resaltar que el terreno de La Isla, es bastante árido debido a la ubicación geográfica que posee, ya que desde este extremo los rayos del sol son mucho más vibrantes, así como también posee abundante arena debido a la cercanía que existe con los Médanos de Zapara, pero cabe destacar que en dicha localidad también existe dunas de arena el clima es bastante sabroso, por lo que preocuparte por el calor en algunos casos no suele ser el problema ya que siempre se aproxima la brisa.
