Hola querida comunidad

Well, getting out of the salt flats takes a few minutes as they are very extensive.

English version 🇺🇲

The following kilometers are the same as the first story: inclement sun, strong winds, few houses and animals on the road.

It's a single track, so it's easy to get distracted talking, and enjoy the scenery.

On the road, signs can be seen marking the way. I recommend you to read them 👇👇👇

While we are "rolling" it is very likely to be entertained by the scenery or wait for the appearance of the fences, "alcabalas", policemen or something that would show us the entrance to the Cape, but this did not happen.

We simply followed our way through the only road we had and the only thing we could see was the lighthouse there, big, next to us but no entrance he,he,he.

At this point, you can presume what happened to us:

We got lost.

We ran out of track, road and the Cape by our side so we thought "if we get in this way, we'll get there for sure".

Wrong 🚫 Don't do it.

That took away valuable time as the bikes got buried in the sandy terrain, we had to do some maneuvering and well, already at that altitude, the heat was overwhelming us.

We were able to get out of there, turn around and get back on the right track to enter the Cape.

Once we found our way,

We arrived at the Cape!

I can tell you that the place is clean, pure and very, very natural. I think the only thing made by human action is the lighthouse.

These are some of the pictures I can show you from that day

From here, when the tide is low, you can see Curacao; also, at night you can see the lights of the neighboring island.//Desde acá, cuando la marea está baja, se puede apreciar Curacao; también, de noche se pueden apreciar las luces de la isla vecina👇👇👇

That day we had no luck so we only saw the imposing sea in front of our eyes.

If you appreciate the photos, the sun set vertically, indicating that it was time for lunch, so we began our return trip.

🇻🇪
