El día de hoy quiero contarles acerca Caracas vivió algo inusual, de cuando paso algo insólito en nuestro país, y no sé si será algo con precedentes en el mundo, pero es algo que vale la pena ser contado. Un día cuando el deporte, una orquesta sinfónica y el rap se unieron en lo que fue una tarde perfecta.
Today I want to tell you about Caracas lived something unusual, when something unusual happened in our country, and I do not know if it is something with precedents in the world, but it is something worth to be told. Es una victoria no solo de una persona, sino de un país entero cuando uno de los deportistas logran obtener el triunfo y pasar a ser parte de las estrellas del deporte, una persona admirada, muchas veces con un futuro asegurado gracias al esfuerzo y la convicción por la cual se esforzaron y lograron tan ansiado premio que los hará estar en los salones de la fama.

Lo mismo pasa en los salones de la fama de la música, sin importar el género siempre serán recordados los buenos, los malos y los extraordinarios y no pocas veces los grandes se unen para unir géneros en un evento único, pero el que les contare si fue uno donde dudo una historia similar.

Yo pertenezco a una orquesta sinfónica en la ciudad de Caracas, y bueno, nos dieron una sorpresa el día miércoles 1 de septiembre al decirnos que tocaríamos en un evento especial junto a deportistas de talla olímpica, eso fue emocionante y hasta algo intimidante, pero los preparativos comenzaron, los ensayos se dieron con todo lo necesario y la música se eligió con muchísimo cuidado.
I belong to a symphony orchestra in the city of Caracas, and well, they gave us a surprise on Wednesday September 1 when they told us that we would play in a special event with athletes of Olympic stature, that was exciting and even somewhat intimidating, but preparations began, the rehearsals were given with everything necessary and the music was chosen with great care.
El día domingo 5 de septiembre llego y todos nos emocionaba como iría a ser el evento, ya que todo se hizo muy en secreto para que el impacto fuera enorme. Pero eso no evito que la gente se enterara y quisieran venir a apoyar a sus deportistas nacionales y a los artistas del rap que son furor en Venezuela. Hablo de Letra, Emblema y trebor todos acompañados del DJ Sebasmove
> Sunday, September 5th arrived and we were all excited about how the event was going to be, since everything was done very secretly so that the impact would be huge. But that didn't stop people from finding out and wanting to come and support their national athletes and the rap artists that are all the rage in Venezuela. I'm talking about @letra, @emblema and @trebor all accompanied by DJ @sebasmove.
El lugar: Los Próceres (El Paseo de los Próceres es un monumento venezolano que se encuentra en la ciudad venezolana de Caracas, cerca del Fuerte Tiuna y la Academia Militar del Ejército Bolivariano. En el paseo se encuentran estatuas de los próceres de la Independencia de Venezuela, además de fuentes, escaleras, plazoletas, calzadas y muros.)

La tarima estaba situada entre las grandes estatuas de los próceres venezolanos. El día estaba soleado y muy enérgico, un día fabuloso aun con unas ligeras lluvias que estaban amenazando el evento. Los artistas y deportistas no tardaron en llegar.
The stage was located between the large statues of the Venezuelan heroes.The day was sunny and very energetic, a fabulous day even with light rains that were threatening the event. The artists and athletes did not take long to arrive.
El momento llego y todos estábamos emocionados, la lluvia se había ido y la energía estaba a millón. Llego el que iniciaría el evento, el genial Daniel Dhers en su bicicleta y junto a sus piruetas de BMX al ritmo de la música hizo que todos se exaltaran.
> The moment arrived and we were all excited, the rain was gone and the energy was at a million.The one who would start the event arrived, the great @DanielDhers on his bike and together with his BMX pirouettes to the rhythm of the music he made everyone exalted.
Un evento donde el deporte, el rap y una orquesta sinfónica unieron esfuerzos para traer al público caraqueño un rato distinto y de esparcimiento. Las piruetas de Dhers mientras la orquesta tocaba, la increíble energía del sensei @AntonioDiaz haciendo su kata mientras las melodías del Señor de los anillos sonaban, el increíble rap acompañado por solos instrumentales acompañados por miembros de la sinfónica deslumbro al público presente hasta llegar a lluvias de aplausos por doquier.
> An event where sport, rap and a symphony orchestra joined forces to bring to the public of Caracas a different and entertaining time. The pirouettes of Dhers while the orchestra played, the incredible energy of sensei @AntonioDiaz doing his kata while the melodies of the Lord of the rings sounded, the incredible rap accompanied by instrumental solos dazzled the audience to showers of applause everywhere.
Un día para la historia, un evento que resonara en la mente de los que lo vivimos y una energía que no olvidare prontamente. Menos habiendo terminado con la energía y lágrimas desbordadas que dejan las notas y melodía de nuestra música venezolana.
