This following article(not peer reviewed yet, in pre-print) is an observational cohort study which aimed to establish the the rate of reinfection and recurrence in healthcare workers who already had had COVID-19. The period of time evaluated was about 10 months
I will focus in the reinfection part. Out of 2625 individuals, 5.94% experienced reinfection, which was defined as a new PCR positive test more than 90 days after the initial infection. Of these people, newly infected people, 97.44% were working in clinical environments.
This article shows that reinfection is relatively rare, within the 10 month period and it is almost exclusively limited to highly exposed individuals
