This is "Battle Angel 4.0", a version of one of my previous works published for a contest.

As I described a bit in the previous one, it seems to be a combat angel although without wings, maybe even a celestial host.
He has the typical attire of a warrior with his helmet and sword-scythe, also a belt with the emblem of a lion on the buckle.
Her eyes radiate and her sword seems to leave a fiery wound in the very space of that spiritual or celestial realm where she appears suspended or immersed.
To make this work I used programs such as zbrush and keyshot for the 3d figure and its different elements; I also included fractals made with apophysis for the background.

Como describí un poco en el anterior, parece ser un ángel de combate aunque sin alas, tal vez un anfitrión celestial incluso.
Posee los atavíos propios de un guerrero con su casco y espada-guadaña, también un cinturón con el emblema de un león en la hebilla.
Sus ojos irradian y su espada parece dejar una herida de fuego en el mismísmo espacio de ese reino espiritual o celestial donde aparece suspendida o inmersa.
Para realizar este trabajo utilicé programas tales como zbrush y keyshot para la figura 3d y sus distintos elementos; también incluí fractales realizados con apophysis para el fondo del mismo.

In this second rendering, metallic materials appear on the different elements of the work, among which there is a kind of armor embedded in its skin.
En esta segundo renderizado van surgiendo materiales metálicos sobre los distintos elementos del trabajo, entre los cuales hay una especie de armadura incrustada en su piel.
Now the work is almost finished. There is a background made with fractals and orbs levitating in what seems to make up this celestial realm.
Ahora el trabajo está casi terminado. Hay un fondo realizado con fractales y orbes levitando en lo que parece conformar este reino celestial.
Now there seems to be more movement: energies arise from his sword-scythe that leaves a trail of fire to one side. Clouds or mist swirl at the angel's feet. His eyes are also alight.
Ahora parece haber más movimiento: energías surgen de su espada-guadaña que deja un rastro de fuego a un lado. Nubes o niebla se agitan a los pies del ángel. Sus ojos también están encendidos.
These next images are color versions of the previous one which is the final result. There is also a black and white version with the red detail (the bust of a lion) of its buckle.

Some close-ups of this colorful version of the work; here you can appreciate details such as the belt buckle, the texture on his skin-armor and the very particular sword for example.
Algunos primeros planos de esta versión colorida del trabajo; aquí se pueden apreciar detalles como la hebilla del cinturón, la textura en su piel-armadura y la tan particular espada por ejemplo.
