A super good series, with a unique and captivating story. Children of Dune - A Fantastic Miniseries of 2003

Honestly, a few good days ago i discovered this title of an artistic film that is part of the category, creations of the science fiction genre .... Ok, i still haven't managed to finish watching all the episodes of this cinematographic creation. Even if sometimes it seemed to me that it has small similarities of a soap opera, at first sight i was very impressed by the landscapes and the special effects - they are excellent. I liked the intrigue that takes place in the whole action of those characters, so i will continue to watch the next episodes - from my point of view it is an excellent series, worth the time. An impressive series, with a lot of fantasy and of course many, many special effects, computerized.

SYNOPSIS

It has been 12 years since Paul Maud'dib Atreides (Alec Newman) conquered power on the planet Arrakis, avenging the plot against his family. He never stopped fighting the remnants of the imperial armies, but unknown enemies continue to plot to seize the mysterious life force. In this miniseries, screened after Frank Herbert's book, Maud'dib's son will become the leader of the powerful Atreides House. But his ascension will unleash unimaginable forces that will once again endanger the peace and stability of his reign.*

Ok, try watching this video below - it's a little review of this addictive movie i discovered on Youtube.

Honestly, when i saw the first sequences from the trailer of this movie, it seemed magnificent to me ... it looks a bit like Star Trek, Star Wars ..., despite their usual large budget. Children of Dune is the sequel to the 2000 miniseries Frank Herbert's Dune (based on Herbert's 1965 novel Dune), and was produced by the Sci Fi Channel. The film deserves that precious time given to watch it - you will not feel disappointed.
