I went to throw out the garbage and this going out of the house turned into a long walk.
First of all, you may be wondering what it means to throw out the trash. In Bulgaria, you just take your household garbage out of the house and have to take it to the nearest large, shared container on the street. Which for us falls a few tens of meters on the neighboring main street of the settlement where we live. So, there are several tens of meters of things to discover and see, and that day I took advantage of that. 🙂
What actually caught my attention were the numerous plants that sprouted on the sidewalk and literally on the street.
I was amazed by their appearance, because in our garden the cultivated flowers, which feed directly on the soil, have long since dried up, although they are watered every day.
They just can't stand the terrible heat.
But weeds, like other plants whose names I don't know, don't seem to have a problem with it.
Somewhere I read a joke that weeds are the only plants that have the ability to not line up, and apparently because of this they always survive.
I was accompanied by my faithful dog ... sorry, cat. But our cats usually behave like dogs, and insist on accompanying us to the next street when we throw out the garbage.
This is just an accidental, defocused but documentary photo that I am applying as proof that I was there, took these reportage pictures, and my faithful dog was with me 😹
We went together to see the neighbor's ostrich. (You can read more about him here.) And in fact, the ostrich and our cat are best friends, but more about that - later.
Together with my cat, we enjoyed the flora and fauna of these few tens of meters on our way back home.
Look at this huge guy we found up there:
But my cat, this capricious princess, soon got bored and went home.
I followed her and so I ended this short/long unexpected walk.
I hope you enjoyed it with me!
Have a beautiful Wednesday!

Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you. |
