Here is a hot summer evening walk for this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay
I saw the same deer on this path again that I saw a couple weeks ago. Now he has four points.
He was far off in the distance chilling in a muddy creek. The grass is growing over the creek and he is down in the middle of it trying to cool off.
The prairie is in full growth mode. These berries are everywhere and you can tell the animals are all eating them. They are leaving scat full of seeds everywhere lol. Even the coyotes are scarfing these things down.
There were quite a few goldfinches out as well. I'll save the rest of the bird photos for #featheredfriday
My fiance was having a blast getting sunset shots through the wildflowers.
The sunset really starts bringing in bold edge lighting for all the plants.
The shade of the larger trees in the background help highlight the foreground elements.
The humid summer heat is creating a nice opportunity for bright colors in the sunset.
Now everything is turning red. It was around 96 degrees with quite a bit of humidity to create a nice colorful sky.
Now with the sun at a low angle you can get some nice silhouette shots of the trees mingling with the light.
Now the sun is mostly red and the sky is turning purple. Now its time to go back home and cool off.
