The charm of maturity... #WednesdayWalk

It's time to reap the rewards - that's what the great author Jim Ron wrote about autumn in his book "Seasons of Life".
I came from the sea, hoping that I will have time to collect my healing fruits of autumn, which I call the Fragrant Basket of Health! This basket has already become my good tradition, and every year in late summer or early September, I collect in it the healing flowers that stand in it until next summer, and drying up, fill the room with the unique aroma of my Earth!
And if the disease comes, then these dried plants become our doctor.

My little Carpathians - the village of Rokytne - is very rich in a variety of beautiful flowers, among which there are many healers.
First I go to the road, where I noticed yellow hot tansy inflorescences in the summer. They are perfectly preserved in the mown field, as if they were left especially for me. These flowers are poisonous and cannot be added to regular herbal tea. But last year I did not collect them and then I had to buy tansy flowers at the pharmacy, which were not so big and beautiful, growing in front of my field. They have miraculous power! These little yellow flowers I give my children to eat 5 pieces 4 times a day for three days, if there is such an eye disease, which is called "barley".

I'm walking on the road in the middle of the forest, where the stubble has been mown and a few ears of rye are left for the birds :)
And there are yellow flowers, which have a lot of bumblebees. They drink nectar so appetizingly that they don't even pay attention to me and I come very close to take a macro photo!

Here behind the forest there is a field where a lot of clover grows. It still blooms and will also be the decoration of my basket. It is very good to drink tea from clover flowers for health. It normalizes the hormonal background, and has anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.

Later, I return to my favorite lawn near the forest to collect many yarrow flowers. They are extremely fragrant and when they dry in the basket, they do not change their appearance and are ekibana for my house. They are like white stars, visible in the field. Darinka and I take scissors and cut them into a basket. Because their stem is very hard, like a tree trunk, and it is difficult to pluck a large number of them with just your hands! Maybe that's why they are called Yarrow. There are many small leaves on the stem, which, incidentally, are able to heal wounds.

We came here on hoverboards and when the basket was full - we rode and enjoyed this period of maturity in nature, when there are no more biting mosquitoes, and the sun warms but does not burn. Maturity in nature, as well as in human life - calm and wise!
