Hi there Hivers, hope everyone is safe and doing well. We all know that the Covid virus is still out there and the Department of Health (DOH) advised not to go to crowded places, as you might get caught by the virus with the people you come across.
And still, we find ways to travel but not in crowded areas. Instead, we went to a place where it's not crowded and has beautiful scenery at the same time. And I think it would be appropriate to share my short travel together with my cousins to the #Wednesdaywalk community.
Together with my cousins, we all agreed to go to the mountainous village of Patong located in Badian Cebu, to have an early morning breakfast but it's not the meal actually why we went there it's the ambiance and the scenery of the place, a very much countryside ambiance.
We've traveled for about 35 minutes going up to the village via motorbike and along the way, we enjoyed the ride and the scenery we come across as well.
As we arrived at the place it does not have any customers yet, the place is almost ours the whole time. The place is called Patimz Bistro a resto located in the most elevated portion.
Right away we ordered our breakfast with a good view in low lands. The place was a bit cold since the place is elevated which is a great match for a hot cup of coffee.
We all enjoyed the place, the cold fresh air that touches our faces feels like we're in a place that is Covid free. In fact, the resto owner told us that there were no cases of Covid in their place.
One of my cousins enjoyed being taken photos and the other was imitating the foods that are being drawn on the wall.
With our short travel, we somehow forgot the anxiety that the Covid virus brings us. It's important to go outdoors sometimes to distress ourselves from any negativity.
