Hello to all @wednesdaywalk friends, I hope you are all doing great.It's been a long time that I was away from posting here due to dealing with my health anxiety problem.
Yesterday I decided to visit to my relatives' province for a break. I need to find some time to move on from all the stress of life.
When I arrive, I can feel that taking a vacation break can help lessen my stress and it's a great stress reliever.
Natural Environment is a good exposure to sway your mood. Pandemic caused a lot of stress, specially when you are living in a City. We have been into Enhance Community Quarantine for 2 weeks. The City was totally locked down, the people are struggling where to find food when there is no work, then there's no money to buy food.
This morning was a good start for a walk and inhale a fresh air from nature. I love the beautiful Green trees, the air is so cold.Natural-looking view has a big impact regarding our health.
Walking is also my kind of exercise. After all what I have suffered for two weeks of anxiety heart palpating and difficulties of breath. Walking with the nature is a good remedy to meditate inhale and exhale oxygen from the fresh non-polluted environmental air.
After a couple of hours walking I'm amazed with the wonderful fruit trees named citrus mircrantha in bisaya we call it suha and I saw a rambutan tree in english "Nephelium lappaceum "I took a capture of those fruits and bring some fruits.
Green Nature is scape from the City too much crowded, pollution, virus and stress.One day I would like to invest a land here and plant some trees of my own.
