Peacock eye butterfly. Now there is a mass flight of these butterflies, they can be found quite often everywhere. It belongs to the nymphalid family, which has about 6,100 species. Before pupation they spread. The pupal stage lasts 1-2 weeks. The doll is placed upside down on fences, walls, etc. Its color varies from gray-green to brown, depending on the color of the substrate. Butterflies fly from early spring to October. Winter in cracks in the bark, forest and steppe litter.
Life expectancy is several months.
